1979 Fender Stratocaster Project Rebuild

So here is a really really hard worked Fender Stratocaster from 1979 for a rebuild project.

Actually, its just a Body with loads of checking and dings. A neck. A Pickguard and a Neckplate.

Overall, it is in really bad shape.

Screws no longer bite into the body. I think it has been dropped a few times as the checking is more like large finish cracks. The neck is OK. Pickguard does not stay attached to body. No electronics. No Machine heads. No hardware besides the 3 bolt neck plate. see pics below.
