- Shipping & Delivery All purchases are shipped via the service selected at checkout. Numerous services are available in different price ranges. Once you have entered your delivery address, the shipping charges will be calculated before completing checkout. The sale can still be cancelled at this point.

- Returns & Replacements
- Before returning any purchases please use our contact page to make arrangements. Items have various warranties. Some items such as pickups have exchange periods. Please make contact before returning any stock.

- Orders are best completed using our secure checkout. Phone orders are also accepted. We can also accept lay-by.
- Postage & Delivery Times
- All orders are usually processed in the evening they are received and shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday).
- Please be aware that despite Australia Post claims of next day delivery, Express Post usually makes no difference to delivery times from regional centres.
