It’s been awhile, but we now have the Pickups TV Jone T Armond Set mounted.
A wiring harness from eBay mounted on the Gold Pickguards and Cooker knobs.
The only problem is Rickenbackers are not hooked up like Gibson. So back to the drawing board with the pickup wiring. I think the hot wire needs to go to the switch rather than the pot.
Machine heads next. Then pickup hookup, string and setup. Not long now. She is looking Hot!!!

What modifications were required to make the TV Jones pickups fit?

Only the 4 x Mounting holes for the De Armond Mount. The original Ric holes are underneath. If you were to put the Ric pups back the De Armond mounting holes will be covered.

I think my previous attempt to reply didn’t work. Oh well… looks great. Did you use two bridge versions? Or is the neck one 3mm lower as they tend to be with these type of pick-ups?

It is The Neck and the Bridge pickups. They are both the same height, I think what you are seeing just a photographic illusion.
The real that on the is the Bigsby and the Towner DTBii works a treat. The TVJ pups are great, but this bigsby setup is so good!!

Reason I’m asking is that on TV Jones own website and everywhere else it states the neck pick-up is lower than the bridge PU in height. Bridge 14.22 mm and neck 11.53 mm
Also when I looked around where to buy a set I see the height difference between them in the pictures:

However yours appear to be same height hence me asking if you used twice the neck pick-up for your 330? I was thinking of t-armonds neck and bridge with another tv jones in the middle PU position. The Bigsby and Towner DTBii set-up looks interesting, but first I need to get PUs on the 350 so it’s more than just a dummy acoustic 😉

I double checked by manually measuring and they are identical in height (14mm). If the specs have changed and they are only available in the two different heights, then you can use an additional shim under the neck.
